Different Big Cat, same result as Saturday.
Another goalless draw.
Another two points dropped at home.
The good news is that apparently we are working our way to the next stage – where we score a goal. That’ll be nice. To be fair, we have managed it once in our four home games this season, but I suspect Stoke were just toying with us as they were already 3-0 up and out of sight when it happened.
Two big positives stick out in my currently sleep deprived mind though:-
1/ Ben Hamer is better with his hands than with his feet and that kept the Lions at bay in the last ten minutes; and
2/ Liam Wash is ALIVE!!
But here’s an uncomfortable truth for you: Viktor Gyokeres has as many goals to his name this season as the Swans have managed in the Championship
Full match report tomorrow when I’ve hopefully slept and can view the game with a bit more objectivity and a little less hostility and frustration. Grrr…no, that’s not my lion impression!!
