The Swans are flying high at the top of the Championship table after rocking the Red Robins in their own nest!
The Addicks (that’s their other nickname – Ed.) got off to the perfect start with a goal pretty much from the kick off. But Lee Bowyer was left with a sour look on his face when Jan Dhanda’s strike flew in with the aid of a deflection. Oh sorry, apologies to Bowyer, that’s his normal face.
Ayew of the Andre variety had what looked like a perfectly good goal ruled out sat the start of the second half but he wasn’t to be denied just after the hour mark, thumping home from a corner. facial recognition software confirms that Bowyer did indeed look sour at this point.
Charlton turned into long ball Addicks for the last ten, pumping balls in and claiming for pens whenever they could but the Swans had the Hoorn at the back, bodies on the line preserving the lead for a great turnaround win.
