Right from the very start it was decided that A Touch Far Vetched would be a not for profit publication that could be used to raise money for youth development at Swansea City Football Club. After a few years the fundraising ambitions grew and we looked to make a difference in our community by staging fundraising events that would generate funds for local charities as well as supporting Junior League football and sport in our schools.

Over the years we have raised tens of thousands of pounds and regularly supported charities like Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre and the Dylan Gunner’s Wish children’s cancer charity.

Our work with the Children’s Wards in Morriston Hospital is legendary and our annual toy run in Smyths Toy Store at Christmas time is the pinnacle of our efforts.

ATFV has changed a lot over the years, especially with the move entirely online,  but the determination to raise money and make a difference in our community is the same as ever. You can follow our efforts on a seasonal basis by clicking the links below.
