Competition Time
It’s Competition Time and in this issue the Editor is giving away a magnetic metal poster of the great Alan Curtis – signed by the Legend himself!
In our last issue we celebrated the Swans’ pink 3rd kit which was launched to raise money and awareness for Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre, the club’s chosen charity this season.
Chad Nelson correctly answered the Michael Duff related question, identifying Barnsley as the now ex-Swans manager’s former club, and he was rewarded with a pink third shirt.
In this issue we are carrying on the Maggie’s theme in a way by offering a signed metal poster of Swans Legend Alan Curtis.
Curt is not only a patron of Maggie’s Swansea, but he’s also a former “customer”. Curt shared his own emotional story of his battle against the prostate cancer as part of the club’s awareness campaign and you can view that HERE.
In an effort to not only support Maggie’s but also remind and reinforce to Curt how much he means to us at A Touch Far Vetched and amongst the Jack Army, we’ve taken our bespoke artwork by Ian Simmons and turned it into a special metal poster.
These metal posters, produced by Displate, are secured by a magnet which is easily and cleanly stuck to your wall. The ‘medium’ sized poster on offer is sized at 17.7 x 12.6 inches – it’s not quite a life size Curt you’ll get, more a Leon Britton sized one!
The Legend himself has signed one for our competition and another couple that we will auction off to raise money for Maggie’s over the next couple of months.
So to business…to be in the hat for our metal Alan artwork, all you have to do is answer the simple question below and email your entry to editor@atfv.co.uk with your name, address and daytime contact number.
